2021 11 23 Order Form
Please Note - Pickup day for this order will be TUESDAY, November 23, 2021.
We need orders in sooner than normal. We need to have apple cider and potato orders in by Monday, November 22, 2021, at 3 pm, or it may be hard to fill your order.
After submitting your order, you should receive an immediate confirmation by email, and also a text by phone the day before delivery.

When filling in your contact information, notice on the last line you can type the name of the location you’d like to pick up at. Feel free to write me a note, if you would like to clarify your order.
